David
The location of this hotel is great, with beautiful views of a private pond and even a luxurious Louvre-style pyramid. The tatami rooms are spacious and clean, offering a true Japanese experience. The service is top-notch, with accommodating staff always ready to assist. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy every palate. Plus, the souvenir shop is a hidden gem, filled with unique ninja trinkets and treasures.
It may not be the best choice for non-Japanese speakers.

The room was large and clean, with a traditional tatami floor. It had a nice ambiance. The souvenir shop was great, especially for ninja trinkets. We also enjoyed the private pond with its unique Louvre style pyramid. It made for a peaceful and romantic setting.
The smell of old tatami in the room was overwhelming. It was not very pleasant.

The traditional tatami room was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for the whole family. The on-site souvenir shop had a great selection of unique gifts, including some cool ninja trinkets. The private pond added a nice touch to the property, and the pyramid structure was impressive. Plus, with a nearby helicopter pad, it was a convenient location for those travelling by air.
The hotel didn't seem to cater as well to non-Japanese guests, making it tough for foreigners to feel at home. It might be best to go with Japanese friends or family who can assist with the language barrier.
